Shipping of your order

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
 
I can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the available shipping method of your choice. When you place an order I will display estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
 
Items in stock will typically ship out in 1-3 business days. Delivery times are 10 to 16 days from date of shipment for International deliveries. (based on French Post or DHL delivery times)


Shipping Charges

My shipping charges are determined by the weight and quantity of items of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. Typically I will ship via Colissimo (French Post) or DHL with both, national and international orders.

International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to me from the Contact Me page if you would like to discuss international ordering options if the option is not available at checkout.
 

Return, Exchange
 
My goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

I accept returns on un-used item purchased on my website for any reason with-in 14 days of purchase. Once I receive the item back they will be inspected for any damage including being exposed. Any damaged item that comes back as a result of manufacturing and not by the misuse of the consumer will then be able to substitute for another item in my online store, and issued store credit for use at anytime.

Please allow 3-15 business days for processing and applying credit to your account. Please be aware that some of the items sold online may not be eligible for any returns or exchanges such as clearance items.

If you receive an item that is a wrong size please feel free to return it for the correct size. Feel free to visit my sizing chart to assure you are requesting the right size. Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for an exchange.
